Jerry Feagley

Jerry started his real estate career in 1966 and opened his first office in Point Richmond in 1974. As a developer he spearheaded his first residential property development in 1976 and went on to be involved with the building of over 300 residential and commercial properties in the West Contra Costa County area.
Jerry and his wife Jan opened FMI Real Estate and its residential division, Feagley Realtors, in Point Richmond in 1994. The brokerage has since grown to three offices in Albany and Point Richmond, and conducts sales, leasing, and property management throughout the Bay Area and Northern California.
Once in a while when Jerry's not dreaming of building things he plays a little golf. He is 2018 incoming President of Richmond Rotary, a Director of the Richmond Police Activities League, and a 39 year member of the Richmond Yacht Club.
